Project Manager
You'll run residential and multi-family projects from precon through punch. You'll coordinate subs, supers, vendors, and the office so the work stays organized and moving. Schedule, budget, and quality land on your desk — and you keep all three moving without cutting corners.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role.
- Manage full project lifecycle: scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Review plans, scopes, and change orders before they hit the field
- Run weekly job meetings with supers, trades, and ownership
- Track cost and schedule weekly — call problems early with options, not surprises
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and closeout documentation
- Maintain clean job files: RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and punch lists
- Support estimating and precon with field knowledge from active jobs

The skills and experience we consider essential.
- 2+ years as a project manager on residential or light commercial builds
- Strong organization and communication — you can run a meeting and a spreadsheet
- Comfort reading plans, specs, and contracts at a working level
- Experience managing subs and holding trades to scope and schedule
- Russian language required for daily field communication
- Calm under pressure; you don't hide bad news
- Driver's license
Nice to Have
Bonus points — not required, but they'll help you hit the ground running.
- Experience with multifamily or spec home production
- Familiarity with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar PM tools
- Background in estimating or preconstruction
