Superintendent Assistant
This is a ground-up opportunity for someone who wants to learn construction the right way. You'll support the superintendent on active job sites, help keep the work organized, and learn how projects move from rough work to final punch. No ego, no shortcuts — just a real chance to grow from scratch.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role.
- Support the superintendent with daily site organization, cleanup, and trade coordination
- Help keep job sites clean, safe, stocked, and ready for the next trade
- Assist with material handling, deliveries, sweeping, and hands-on site work
- Walk the site with the superintendent and learn how to spot issues early
- Help track punch items, photos, notes, and daily job updates
- Communicate clearly with the field team and follow directions without needing to be asked twice

- Comfortable doing physical work on active construction sites
- Reliable, on time, and ready to help wherever the job needs it
- Able to follow directions and communicate clearly with the team
- Driver's license

- Some construction, labor, or trade experience
- Interest in growing into a superintendent role over time
- Basic familiarity with tools, materials, and job site safety
